SETL
SETL, a £33m residential scheme, will comprise 102 one and two-bedroom apartments, a quaint rooftop garden, and two commercial spaces.
Launching in 2024, SETL features two new builds of between six and 12 storeys, as well as striking tile-clad three-storey cushioned canalside within the site’s courtyard.
Its design will be finished in dark red and light red-orange brick, with bespoke terracotta and decorative detailing providing a nod to Birmingham's architectural past.
Ultimately, SETL bridges between the Jewellery Quarter and the city core and will provide 52 one & 50 two-bedroom homes (1-4 persons) – 11 affordable – along with 106 cycles, a roof garden, fitness studio, and a communal lounge with a work-from-home area.
At street level will be 2,350K SF of vibrant commercial uses, with tenants set to be named soon.
