WARNER FIELDS
Set around the banks of a re-naturalised River Rea, Warners Fields will be a unique new green neighbourhood of 3,000 homes.
An initial 1,300 new homes will be created, in buildings ranging from 6-10 storeys, with a select number of taller ones ranging from 11 to 30 floors.
With priorities set on walking and cycling, with over half of the site devoted to green and pedestrian spaces, at the heart of it all will be the River Rea. It'll be re-activated for the first time in over 100 years – through terracing and planting with public spaces, footpaths, crossings, shops & restaurants along the riverside.
The first phase (A1-2, C1-6 & D1-2) will deliver approx. 1,160 rental homes over nine buildings & three parcels of land, including space for start-ups and small businesses (C1); with a cycle hub, cycle/e-scooter hire, EV charging, gym space, et all. D2 is in outline form that could take the phase up to 1,351 homes.
Amenities include concierge services, a residents’ app to book gym classes or meeting rooms; fitness suites, lounge and work areas, social spaces, curated events, play areas, and balconies and terraces. More to come!
