Copper Works has consent for 139 apartments across 9 blocks, including the retention & conversion of historical assets, extensions, and new builds.

Spread over two (overlapping) phases, all new builds have been designed simplistically in both elevation and plan to ultimately respond to its historical context. 1840-built, Sloane House, is being revived and will be converted into seven new homes; 48 Camden Street – a 1916 build – will also be renovated and turned into five apartments.

Referring to the site plan, Phase 1 includes Blocks A1, A2, B2, B3, B5, and B6, with A1, A2, B1, B2 & C all new builds. B3 & B6 are both Grade II listed and are being retained & converted. Block C will be dismantled and rebuilt.
A variety of 1-4-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and townhouses, will be delivered, with builds topping 4-storeys, with pitched roofs. In keeping with the site's past, landscaped courtyard spaces will be prevalent across the site, linking the project together. 180 cycle spaces are provided.
